With over 15 years in international leadership, I bring deep expertise in coaching, organizational transformation, and aligning people, culture, and brand.
I know what it means to climb the ladder, to be fostered, to face politics that can hold you back, and to reinvent yourself when change is the only option. I’ve experienced what it feels like to reach the top — and to face major challenges. Those lessons taught me resilience, creativity, and the importance of investing in myself. They also inspired me to create Nextlevel Platform Consulting: a place where individuals and organizations can navigate change, find clarity, and grow with confidence.
